Secure Shopping Cart System

We utilize the shopping cart services of PayPal to ensure the security of your information through state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

You can use the shopping cart even if you plan on ordering by mail or by fax. At checkout, you will be given several options to finalize your order. In addition to online checkout, you will have the option of faxing your order (credit card) or mailing in your order (credit card or check/money order). The shopping cart does all the math for you and if you print your order, it will print a specific order form written just for you, listing only the products you wish to purchase.

Payment Methods Accepted

You may pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, using the PayPal system. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card if you wish.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Orders with a product subtotal of $50 or more (before tax or shipping costs) are eligible for FREE Domestic Priority Mail shipping through the USPS (select the correct option at checkout)  If you choose UPS, then the system will show that you will be charged shipping.  If it's a dire situation, we will ship by UPS but we really prefer to use priority mail. 

Shipping and Handling fees are based on the weight of the item(s) you are purchasing and the method of shipment you choose.  We offer both UPS and United States Postal Service.  You may change the method of shipment at any time during the order process prior to checkout..
 

International Shipping & Handling Fees

When shipping Internationally, we prefer to ship by USPS priority mail with tracking.  This is not too bad and it gives us the peace of mind knowing that we have tracking information to protect both of us.

Sales Tax

There will be a sales tax of 7% added to orders shipped within Indiana.

Return Policy

Products are not returnable for any reason.  Due to copyright laws we  cannot accept returns.  If you have a damaged product, please call us  before returning anything.  Without a return authorization, your product  will be sent back to you.
